Tanggung Jawab
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' health and report changes to registered nurses or physicians.
- Perform basic clinical procedures, such as dressing wounds, drawing blood, and administering injections.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Current LPN license in the state of New York.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills preferred.
