Join our compassionate and dedicated team at Mercy General Hospital as an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in our state-of-the-art inpatient care unit. We're seeking a professional with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including charge nurse responsibilities and patient flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Current California RN license required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred; Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in acute care hospital setting required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
