Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent product quality.
- Manage and train a team of bakers and support staff.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and special projects.
- Inventory management and cost control.
- Customer service and issue resolution.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or relevant certification a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
