Join our vibrant team as a Teaching Assistant and make a real difference in the lives of our students! We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to support our K-12 classroom teachers in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-on-one support to students
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment
- Grade assignments and provide feedback to students
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEP's and 504 plans
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events
- Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Fluency in Spanish or another language a plus
